Heating instructions:
Microwave (800w): pierce the film in several places. Place the omelette on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for 2 minutes (juicy) or 4 minutes (curd).
Pan frying (gas hob): remove from packaging. Add a few drops of olive oil and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
